Gurami Kiladze is an experienced investment banking professional with extensive quantitative and qualitative research experience and has worked with many of the largest municipalities in the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Kiladze has served as banker to issuers such as the City of New York, the State of Connecticut, and the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.

Mr. Kiladze joins Stern Brothers from Blaylock Van, LLC where he provided investment banking services to municipalities in the Northeast. In addition, Mr. Kiladze utilized his quantitative abilities to help create esoteric structures for issuers with unique challenges. Prior to Blaylock Van, Mr. Kiladze worked on the Underwriting Desk as NW Capital Markets where he gained significant exposure to senior managing municipal underwritings transactions.

Mr. Kiladze holds an ALB Degree in Extension Studies with a concentration in Mathematics, cum laude from Harvard University and FINRA Series 52 and 63 Licenses.
