Jerome Menifee is Senior Managing Director of Corporate Banking & Capital Markets at Stern Brothers. He has more than 30 years of seasoned business development experience providing overall client coverage. He originates capital markets transactions and advisory engagements. Jerome helped successfully launched the corporate banking and capital markets efforts at Stern.

Jerome began his career as a banker at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to that he held Principal and Managing Director positions at National and Boutique firms both as an officer and independent advisor. Jerome has also represented a select group of traditional investment managers and hedge funds marketing asset management services. He’s been a public speaker and panelist discussing various topics at pension and investment conferences.

Outside of Stern Brothers, Jerome is very involved as a leading board member and volunteer for several professional and non-profit/community organizations.

Jerome received a B.A. in Accounting from Morehouse College, Cum Laude and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University, as a Citibank Fellow. He also holds FINRA licenses 3, 7, 24, 63 & 65.
