Kit Turner
Senior Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance
Kit Turner is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Stern Brothers. Ms. Turner has spent her 30-year career representing women and minority-owned investment banking firms. Over the past 3 years, she participated in excess of $425 billion of corporate finance transactions with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the country.
Most recently, Kit spent 5 years at Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co., Inc. as a senior banker and 10 years with Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc. as Co-Head of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. She was instrumental in launching the capital markets efforts at Ramirez & Co.
Ms. Turner graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Business Finance, where she played intercollegiate field hockey. She is a member of the Women’s Syndicate Association, The Financial Women’s Association, and Executives on Campus at Baruch College where she mentors young women in the business school.
Ms. Turner holds FINRA licenses 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 79.
