DAVID SCHOTT JOINS STERN BROTHERS AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

Stern Brothers is pleased to announce that David Schott has joined the Firm as a Managing Director and will be working out of the Firm’s New York City location.
Mr. Schott specializes in structuring municipal and corporate financings and developing quantitative solutions to complicated debt situations. He will work closely with the public finance and corporate bankers at Stern to deepen our coverage of various account relationships. He has 28 years of experience as a quantitative banker, most recently spending ten years at Wells Fargo in New York City and the previous nine years at ABN AMRO in Chicago. Over the course of his career, Mr. Schott has structured hundreds of financings and many billions of dollars in bonds for issuers in all sectors across the United States.

Mr. Schott graduated from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.
