MARK WREN JOINS STERN BROTHERS AS VICE PRESIDENT, UNDERWRITER

Stern Brothers is pleased to announce that Mark Wren has joined the Firm as Senior Vice President, Underwriting, and will be located in the St. Louis, Missouri office. Mr. Wren has over thirty-five years of experience in municipal underwriting and trading for both Institutional and high net worth accounts.

Mark comes to Stern Brothers from Bank of Oklahoma (BOK) where he held the position of Senior Vice President, and was responsible for managing underwriting and trading; and co-managing institutional sales. Prior to BOK, Mark worked with Piper Jaffray, where he was the sole manager of over 750 California issues, and Nollenberger Capital Partners, where he led a high net worth sales group that managed over a billion in California Municipal Bonds.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Los Angeles and San Francisco Municipal Bond Clubs.

He holds the FINRA Series 7, 8, 53 and 63 security licenses.
